Cicada

This is a cast off skin of Cicada.

After a long dark undergound life with pacience, they finally came out on the ground to get ready of another stage of life.

I wonder how old this cicade is.... Compared with the length of underground life, they will live only for sevral weeks on the ground.

The length really matters to them? Maybe not. They just live as they are just meant to live.

We only human beings think too much how we make life like this and like that, and we miss the point of "Being" at the moment.

Mileage is my life!?

I've been up in the air for nearly 5 years since I started working as a tour escort. My life is not as hectic as Ryan's played by George Clooney in the movie called "Up in the air" (Japanese's title: Mileage is my life). Did you see the movie yet? I saw it once in the aircraft to somewhere in the world.

I've been thinking a lot lately about my career and future life, and the movie makes me recognize that there are some simiralities between Ryan's life and mine. Traveling around the world, meeting people and experiencing new cultures have been one of my longing dreams since my childhood, and fortunately I am in that life.

However, I've started feeling that there might have been something that I did sacrifice or give up, and that I need to share more time and build up a mutual better relationship with my family, or with someone special as Rayan in the movie tries. Maybe my attention and focus in life are maybe guradually shifted to internal from external. I don't know...

My favorite singer was once interviewed if she had made her dreams come true...... And she answeared, "I maybe did it as I had expected 10 years ago, but I've never felt that I did it in my heart, and so it never ends, and I can't stop singing.... My mother asked the same question to me the other day, and even said to me, "You did it, eh!? Maybe enough!?" I could only grimmed myself.

Still very much determined to take a challenge against my life getting some inspiration from memories with my old friends, I'll keep walking in the furture on my way.

Are you really happy with your life???

Impressionism

Amazingly the colour Red shines as the Sun goes down back in the Mt. Rokko.

And also the colour Orange shines beautifully......

As the night approches, the lights of traffic and buildings are harmonized with the colour dark bule in the sky.

My recent favorite stuff

A new ”Udon" restaurant near my place. Let's go!

I ordered a "Hiyashi bukkake", a Udon plate dipped in cold soy sause soup.

As an option, I got a tempra and onigiri.

At the casher.

Soooooo.......

Let's slurp it! Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzz....

I put them back to the washer counter.

At the Exit. I was sooo full in stomach and happy!!!

Cool down

The heat of the day was over. Some humidity left, but wind blows to tell us time to relax.

This is the moment I really love.

As the sun sets, the scenery changes rapidlly moment by moment...

Impressionists such as Monet must have enjoyed the same those days in their own pure lands.

I've seen it many times, but it'll never be the same.

I'm very much fortunate to live in the land of colors, Japan.

It's not the things to be refered in terms, but in emotions,

which are always harmonized with nature.

Is the rainy season over this year?

Today's clear blue sky taken near my place.

Hydrangea is a symbol of rainy season around June in Japan.

-------------------------------------------------------------

I woke up feeling uncomfortable with a bit heat of weather , but found a clear blue sky through the window. I wonder if the rainy season is over yet...

While I was in Europe during the last week, it seemed that it rained a lot in Japan. I heard some News of floods, mud-slides which led to fatal deaths of some people in mountainous area.

Some say that it is a bit hard to tell if the rainy season is over or not, but here is one easy way to tell it.

Just listen to the voice of Cicadas! If you hear it a lot around you, that means that it is over. If one or two, not yet. They just did a false start!

Well, it seems not yet around my area, but the Summer heat has aready reached us.
